“CELEBRATING MILESTONES, MAKING AN IMPACT, LOOKING TO FUTURE”
Recently, Town & Country, in conjunction with our 71st Annual Meeting, released our 2023 Annual Report highlighting a successful year of serving our members and our communities with financial solutions, service excellence and our commitment to making a difference.
In 2023, we celebrated our 70th Anniversary as a credit union and our Annual Report reflects on the ideals, dedication, and perseverance that enabled us to celebrate this significant milestone. Connecting with members at various 70th Anniversary events provided me with an opportunity to hear first-hand the impact that Town & Country had on their lives. I shared one such member story in my verbal remarks at the Annual Meeting last month. In an email, the member wrote: “I was going through a rough and challenging time with my finances and wasn’t sure where things were heading. I broke down one day talking on the phone with a Town & Country staff member. What they did that day which made the most difference was…listen. They didn’t judge, they didn’t make me feel bad, the person took the time to listen. Then, the person offered a solution – not just in the form of a product but in the form of hope. Things aren’t perfect now, but they are much better than they were, and I feel really good about the future. Thank you so much.” Stories like this mean the world to our staff and me because they reinforce why we are here – to serve our member-owners.
While the past year was focused on reflecting where we’ve been and how far we’ve come, we now turn our full attention to a future full of more celebrations. We are committed to delivering new products and services that meet the needs of our members not with a one-size-fits-all approach but with the individual, personalized, local attention that differentiates us from other financial institutions. We can’t wait to grow with you and fully embrace your expectations to provide exceptional and affordable solutions.
