Making Your Money Last: Managing Your Assets in Retirement

Making sure your money lasts as long as you do in retirement is a common concern for many. In this session, we will explore money moves you can take to increase your retirement income, how to deal with current market fluctuations, ways to structure your savings so you don’t have to worry about running out of money, how to develop a retirement tax strategy, understanding RMDs (required minimum distributions) and common misconceptions about retirement planning.

Speaker:

Scott Mazuzan, a Principal and Client Advisor with F.L.Putnam Investment Management Company — a New England-based Registered Investment Advisor with over $10 Billion in Assets Under Advisement. After joining the firm in 2011, Scott became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ in 2013 and has been working directly with clients since. Scott utilizes a holistic wealth management process by incorporating core elements of financial planning: financial positioning, asset protection, investment management, cash flow, tax management, retirement planning, and estate and legacy planning. He also coordinates with his clients’ family members, outside advisors and with other members of their professional team.
