Our commitment to volunteering in our Southern Maine communities |
At Town & Country, we believe it is important to be an active member of our community.
One way we do that is by encouraging our employees to get involved and volunteer with local non-profit organizations.
We also provide paid time off for staff who want to volunteer with organizations of their choice.
Whether it is serving on the board of a local non-profit, helping to prepare groceries for an area food pantry or school back-pack program, participating in a community event, or swinging a hammer for a new Habitat for Humanity home being built in the community, Town & Country employees volunteer hundreds of hours each year to help enrich the lives of our neighbors.
In 2021, Town & Country employees gave hundreds of hours in volunteer time to a variety of causes throughout our communities. ‘Local Helping Local’ isn’t just about financial services but about supporting and making a difference to make where we live a better place.
