Putting Your Financial Health First at Town & Country FCU

Whether it’s finding unique financial solutions to challenging situations or providing products and services to help enhance and secure your financial wellbeing, Town & Country is focused on your financial health. Now, through a new partnership, we have an opportunity to help even more. However, to do so, we need your help.

We are excited to announce that Town & Country FCU was recently awarded a year-long grant from the National Credit Union Foundation (NCUF) to help learn more about the financial wellbeing of our members. This work will give us a better understanding of our members’ personal finance needs and challenges. The survey findings will help us expand our product offerings to better meet our members’ financial health needs. Financial health is not just about how we are doing today but focuses on how our finances apply to the future, even if that future is uncertain.

On Thursday, September 19th, you will receive an email from Town & Country with a brief survey. This survey – which should take no more than two minutes of your time – will help us better understand where you stand today with your personal finances, where you are going and how we can help you reach your goals.

Once you complete the survey, you will receive a summary of your current financial health with your Financial Health Score. Your Financial Health Score will provide a snapshot of your financial health today in the areas of spending, saving, borrowing and planning. Plus, you will receive tips on ways you can improve your financial health based on your score –things like how to ramp up your savings, get a handle on your budget, boost your credit score, and more.

Taking the time to complete this brief survey will not only help us better meet your needs but will help us create a financial healthier credit union and community for all.
